Information about how to join and use the Platform forms partof these Terms of Service for the Platform (“Terms of Service”).
We have developed the Platform to allow you to create, mint, own, andmanage your favorite Web3 Second-Level Domain (SLD) and/or Domain Name.
Access to and use of the Platform are conditional upon your agreement toand acceptance of these Terms of Service. Each time you use the Platform, youagree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not wish to be bound bythese Terms of Service, you shall refrain from using the Platform.
We may at any time revise these Terms ofService. Revisions will take immediate effect and may affect the User’s abilityto use the Platform. Since Users are bound by these Terms of Service each timethey use the Platform, they should check these Terms of Service for anyrevisions each time they use the Platform and whenever prompted to do so. Theuse of the Platform following the posting of any revisions to these Terms ofService constitutes acceptance by the User of those revisions.
We reserve the right to change the Platformin any way by sendingnotice to the e-mail address you have registered. Even if you have an account,your ability to access and use the Platform may be terminated at any timewithout notice. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you mustimmediately exit the Platform.
We make no representation that the Platform(or any element of the Platform) is appropriate or available for use in alllocations.
The Platform allows you to create, mint, own, and manage Web3 SLDs and/orWeb3 Domain Name(s).
“Create” means the process of selecting aWeb3 SLD and/or Web3 Domain Name of your liking. “Minting” is the process ofpublishing a Web3 SLD and/or Web3 Domain Name to gain full custody of it. Afterminting, you will be the only person who has control over the domain as long asyou control (have access) to the wallet used to mint. Through the Platform, youcan “manage” Web3 SLD and/or Web3 Domain Names, including recording DNS,transferring ownership, and paying Royalties (and acquiring the right to earnProfits).
Be aware that blockchain networks, even ifWe publish Web3 SLD and/or Web3 Domain Name or other records to them, aredecentralized and controlled by third parties. Therefore, these blockchainnetworks are not included in the definition of “Platform.”
We reserve the right to discontinue any orall of Our Services at any time for any reason without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for Yourinteractions with other Users of the Platform. You agree that We are notresponsible for the conduct of any User.
Subject to compliance with these Terms ofService, You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, andnon-transferable license to access and use the Platform as anticipated. Any costs associated with accessing andusing the Platform generally remain Your responsibility and are dependent onthe service provider used. You are responsible for ensuring that Your computersystem or mobile device (as applicable) is compatible with the Platform andmeets all relevant technical specifications necessary to obtain the benefit ofthe Platform.
The Platform may contain links to othersites not maintained by Us (“Linked Sites”). We are not responsible for thecontent of any Linked Sites, whether or not we are affiliated with them. We donot in any way endorse any Linked Sites and are not responsible for the qualityor delivery of any products or services offered, accessed, or advertised bysuch Linked Sites. To the extent that these Linked Sites collect personalinformation or contributions from You, We shall bear no responsibility orliability for the manner in which such information or postings are used orexploited. The Linked Sites are for Your convenience only, and You agree toaccess them at Your own risk.
In order to be eligible to register on thePlatform, You must:

- If you are under 18 years old, you mayuse our services to purchase a domain name only with the explicit consent ofyour parent or legal guardian. By proceeding, you confirm that your parent orguardian has reviewed and discussed these terms with you.

- Parents or guardians agree to bear anyfinancial costs associated with the domain purchase. They will also superviseany related expenses, renewals, or modifications.
- Parents or guardians should be aware thatdomain ownership may involve public information (such as WHOIS records). Werecommend discussing privacy settings and security measures with them.
- Provide all the information requestedwith the registration form on the Platform such as name, surname, e-mail,address, company name, and any other information that We deem appropriate.
We reserve the right to refuse domain registration for anyreason at Our sole discretion. Any decision of the Influencer Domain is final,and no correspondence will be entered into.
All information for registering an account must be current, correct,and complete. Incomplete, ineligible, or incomprehensible account registrationswill not be valid. You must log into your account in the manner required eachtime you wish to use the Platform. You may never use another User’s accountwithout permission.
You are responsible for maintaining thestrict confidentiality of Your account details and for any activity under Youraccount. You agree to immediately notify Us of any unauthorized use of Youraccount or any other securitybreach. It is Your sole responsibility to control access to and use of Youraccount and to notify Us when You desire to cancel Your account. We will not beresponsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure tocomply with this provision.
We retain the right and absolute discretionto terminate Your account and/or access to the Platform (or any elementthereof) if We believe that You are abusing or tampering with the Platform (orany element thereof) in any way, that You have breached these Terms of Service,or that You have engaged in any unlawful, unethical, or other misconduct thatjeopardizes the proper administration of the Platform (or any element thereof).Our legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offenderare reserved.
We accept the following payment means forOur Services:
- Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay options areavailable.
We may charge an additional transaction fee, the amount of which isdetermined by the selected payment provider, depending on the selected paymentmethod.
Unless otherwise stated in these Terms ofService, all fees for Web3 SLD and/or Web3 Domain Names registration (“Fees”)are partially refundable within 14 days of Service purchase. All refunds willbe processed using thesame payment method and at the then-current spot rates for the USD value ofyour purchase at the time the refund is issued.
Once a Web3 SLD and/or Web3 Domain Name has been requested, norefund will occur as this is an irreversible process. After the minting processon the blockchain is completed, the Web3 SLD and/or Web3 Domain Name istransferred to your control (that is, to your crypto-wallet, alterable ortransferable only via a private key you personally hold) and is 100% under yourown ownership and custody.

Influencer Domain engages in variouspromotional campaigns (“Campaigns”) to attract new users and enhance engagementand interaction among our existing user base. These Campaigns may include, butare not limited to, special offers, discounts, and the issuance of promotionalcredits (“Credits”) that can be applied towards future purchases or services onour platform.
The terms and conditions governing ourCampaigns, including any Promotional Credits offered as part thereof, aredetermined solely at our discretion. These terms may cover:
Eligibility Criteria: Requirements must be met to participate in Campaigns and earnCredits.
Usage of Credits: Specific conditions under which Credits may be redeemed, includingany restrictions on their application towards services or products.
Expiry and Validity: The potential expiry of Credits and conditions under which theymay expire.
Fraud Prevention: Measures to prevent abuse or misuse of Campaigns, such as limitingthe number of Credits per user or household.
Users agree to adhere to the relevant terms and conditions byparticipating in our Campaigns. Influencer Domain reserves the right to amendor terminate any Campaign at any time without prior notice. We also reserve theright to revoke Credits or suspend accounts in cases of suspected fraud, abuse,or violation of our Terms of Service.
You agree to bear any taxes that might beapplied to you by any relevant jurisdiction in respect of any transactionconducted on or through the Platform.
The current fees for our Services (“Fees”)are published on our Platform and will be made known to you at the time ofpurchase. Fees are subject to change at any time. Once a purchase has beenmade, there will be no changes to the Fees applicable to that purchase.
You acknowledge that it is yourresponsibility to verify the fees applicable to each purchase you make on ourPlatform and that by completing the purchase, you agree to the fees applicableat that time.
We will try to provide constant, uninterrupted access to thePlatform. However, due to the nature of the Internet and digital services, thiscannot always be guaranteed.
We reserve the right to suspend or ceaseoperations of the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons withoutprior notice. We will attempt to limit such disruptions as much as possible butcannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by suchinterruptions.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and“as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make norepresentations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding thePlatform and its operation, including, but not limited to, any impliedwarranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, andnon-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Platform willmeet your requirements, be always available, or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Anymaterial obtained through the use of the Platform is done at your owndiscretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to yourcomputer system or loss of data that results from the download of any suchmaterial.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, weshall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages forloss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resultingfrom the use or the inability to use the Platform.
In no event shall our total liability toyou for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid byyou, if any, for accessing or using the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmlessInfluencer Domain, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agentsfrom and against any claims, actions, suits, or proceedings, as well as any andall losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonableattorneys’ fees) arising out of or accruing from your use of the Platform,including your breach of these Terms of Service.
Our Privacy Policy, available on thePlatform, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by andconstrued in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your useof the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered bythe American Arbitration Association in accordance with its rules.
